At Lavanya Crafts, we take great care in crafting personalized photo frames to meet your unique specifications. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

1.2 How to Cancel an Order:

  • If your cancellation request is accepted, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. Refund Policy

Since our products are personalized and custom-made to your specifications, we follow a No Refund policy, except in the cases outlined below:

2.1 Eligible Refund Cases:

  • If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If there is a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect design, text, or image) that differs from what was submitted at the time of the order.
  • If the product does not match the order specifications you provided (e.g., wrong frame size, color, or layout).

2.2 Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Spelling errors, incorrect images, or other mistakes made by the customer during customization.
  • Slight variations in color or texture, which are inherent to handmade or customized products.
  • Refusal to Accept Delivery:
    • If you do not accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the advance amount will not be refunded.
    • If the full amount has been paid in advance and you refuse to accept the parcel, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Refund Timeline:

  • If a refund is approved, Refund amount will be credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

3.2 Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, or sent in error.
