At Lavanya Crafts, every product is made to order and customized specifically to meet your requirements. As a result, returns are not allowed for personalized items. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we are committed to addressing your concerns fairly. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return Policy

1.1 No Returns Allowed:

  • Since all our products are personalized, returns are not accepted under regular conditions.

1.2 Exceptional Returns (50% Refund Policy):

  • If you still wish to return a personalized product, only 50% of the order value will be refunded.
  • The product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: A clear unboxing video of the parcel is mandatory for us to process any return. Without this video, we cannot initiate the return process.
  • Return Window: Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of delivery. After this period, returns will not be processed.

1.3 How to Request a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Replacement Policy

2.1 When Replacements are Eligible:
Replacements are offered only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product: If the product arrives damaged.
  • Incorrect customization: If the product delivered does not match the specifications provided at the time of order.

2.2 Reporting Time for Replacement:

  • Any issues, such as a damaged parcel or incorrect customization, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we will not be able to process any replacement requests.

2.3 Unboxing Video Requirement for Replacements:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from its sealed state is required to request a replacement. Without this video, we cannot proceed with your request.

2.4 Replacement Process:

  • Once your claim is verified, we will provide a free replacement will be done within 4 – 5 days.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a 100% refund.
  • The defective product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Lavanya Crafts will arrange for a reverse pickup or reimburse shipping if you return it yourself.

3. Important Notes

  • Products with customer errors in customization (e.g., incorrect images or text) are not eligible for replacement or return.
  • Slight variations in color or texture, which are normal in handcrafted products, are not considered defects.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the product is incorrect or damaged.
