  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • No changes or cancellations can be made after 12 hours of placing the order, as production begins shortly thereafter.

2. Shipping Options and Charges

2.1 Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
  • Express delivery options may be available for an additional charge.

2.2 Free Shipping:

  • Without the unboxing video, we will not be able to process replacements for damaged goods.

  • Lavanya Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier service issues, natural calamities, or strikes. However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery concerns with the courier partner.

8. Unaccepted Deliveries

  • If you refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery:
    • Advance payments will not be refunded.
    • If the entire amount is paid in advance, only 50% will be refunded in such cases.
